Sharingan And Byakugan

Instead of Sharingan giving a boost it should be so that when it's on theres a 30% chance you block/dodge attacks. Mangekyou would still give a boost though and I don't think EMS should give a boost.

For Byakugan the boost should be taken away and instead Byakugan users have a 20% chance of critically hitting someone and their screen size should increase.

Umm why should MS give a boost if byakugan doesnt and why would teh hyuugas ability have a lower chance then the sharigan if that happens they should be equal not one better then the other.

umm the sharingan boost is all around equal so i dont see how its nin boost is to high if its tai and its gen boost arnt aswell.

Well Mangekyou is quite special and not hard to get so im my opinion I think MS giving a boost is fine. I think Byakugan should only have 20% chance of critically hitting because Byakugan gives a larger screen size Sharingan doesn't so thats why I thought the chance for dodging/blocking should be 10% higher

All i am saying is that giving one a boost and not giving the other one is unfair and if anything byakugan's % should be higher because everytime neji fights he uses them and he usually never misses his target points.

when i were thinking this idea, i though hyuugas hitting in points as "critical hits" and neji really doesnt hit them all time, he only hits all time when using palms (atleast he never missed with palms), in anime he has missed many times opponent just needs move bit before hit and he misses, and i think that 20%-30% is good enough, besides dont compare byakugan and sharingan xD they are nothing alike
