I was watching the anime and thought it would be cool if Kakashi's Mangekyou dimension transfer jutsu was added. It would maybe a 5-7 second jutsu that would kill your opponent instantly. Have a massive cool-down and maybe to be fair it could give all of your other sharingan techniques a slight cool-down as well because of the toll it takes on the body.
