At the minute, all I can tell is that it's the 9 tails full release form for Naruto, which is understandable, cos otherwise he would turn into a fox bigger thanthe village constantly xDD

The reason it's so compact is because he locked away the kyuubi's 'will' when he sealed it, seperating it from the chakra gives it a much more pure existance. This is also why the kyuubi got so small etc. when he was fighting it, he took away it's biggest part :3

Sanbi should get water jutsu's like a big Tsunami (size as big as Yoton heki) and it uses his spikey tail to crush shield and thanks to his size and Turle-like-shell it could put up a shield wich is un/hardly Breakable(?)

Lava jutsu's ofc but they could me made More powerfull then they already are xD

Also nothing known about on Naruto wiki But its host Utakata could control bubbels but it's not known if he could only do that because of the rokubi (like gaara could control sand thanks to Shukaku)

Lariat stage 1 and 2, Stage 1 is with normal jinchuriki cloak on. and Stage 2(only when you got hachibi 100% controlled) you can preform it with a hand looks like a bull and you strike with the horns ( i know it's hard to icon but check the manga it's true..)
Hachibi (part octopus) can Produce ink that's why Killer Bee can preform ink to. (Refering to Rokubi again Maybe that's why ukataka Can preform bubbles)
Also When Hachibi is in his full form you could preform that Eight-Tailed Ox Menacing Ball (similar to Kyuubi's Cero )
