New Training Area !

Well in the game theres really no where to practice your jutsu unless you go to some random area.So I was thinking there should be areas like where the genin's trained at the beginning of the manga.

Concept

-Moving targets will be placed in the area
-There will be 3 maps depending on skill
-Gate 1 (Slow Npc speed)
-Gate 2 (Medium speed npc's with shunshin)
-Gate 3 (Fast as beast weights)
-Maps will be approximately two academy's in size
-The targets can never die or be frozen and jutsu's can be tested on the targets (E.g. Sealing jutsu ect.)
-People can watch you train in these areas for free (In the stands Non PK)
-It will require ryo to use depending on times
-5 mins= 50k Ryo
-10 mins= 100k ryo
-15 mins= 150k ryo
-20 mins= 200k ryo
-30 mins= 250k ryo
-45 mins= 300k ryo
-50 mins= 350k ryo
-55mins= 400k ryo
-1 hour= 420k ryo
-First come first serve basis
-You can leave at anytime but you wont get your money back

Purpose

-To practice aim with things such as Kunai,Shurkien and Jutsu
-To use jutsu you couldnt normally use on people (Sealing jutsu's ect.)
-To practice without dying or sparing other players

Pointless in my opinion. Sorry :/

Even if you practice throwing at a moving target, when you get into the arena or even outside it will not help you much if at all.

You have a lot more distance to cover, you can't predict the persons movements as with the moving targets because the targets will generally be moving from side to side. I doubt i would run up and down in front you in a fight...so it's negated.


Other training methods are what we need not necessarily training areas.

Sorry Madara gotta agree with Maito a NPC will never be able to reflect the way a actual player reacts it would be extremely pointless
