Suigetsu Special ICONS ARE DONE AND READY TO GO !

IN NORMAL MODE~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Advantages~~~~~ (Normal mode.. example no jutsu boost ect.)

-Doubles users Suiton Damage tripples master suiton
-Reduces enemys katon damage 1/2
-ALL weapons go through suigetsu user. Except (SSM Raiton fang
-Suiton Immune(Heals suigetsu users x1.5 enemies dmg normally)

Disadvantages~~~~

-Raiton x2 dmg (Random chance (60/40) Raiton can either x2 dmg oooor stun suigetsu user slow down or completely freeze)
-Ranton x3 dmg (Instant stun)
-Yoton (Dmg x1.5)
-Suigetsu users cant use Raiton

Jutsu


"SuigetsuKO"

-Suigetsu when he gets stunned by too much raiton(50/50 doubble or stun)
-In this mode the user is frozen until killed or healed



"WaterKawa"

-User dying
-Suiton bunshin dying
-Kawa

Cool down (same as normal kawa and bunshin cool down)
Chakra Cost (Same cost)


-Suiton Shunshin
Allows user to escape from any PHYSICAL freezes(not shadow) (Example chakra threads,creator ect.)
Once using this things fall off the user (Example clay,bugs ect.)
Once using this effects will wear off (Example posion,nerve slow downs ect.)

CoolDown 5mins





"Suigetsu"

-Immune to Katon
-Mode damage is based on Tai + Nin
-Boost Nin by x2 and Tai by x2
-People can walk past it but slow down in it and lose hp (No air in a giant water thing)
-Bijuu blast is a 1 hit KO in that mode(user turns into "SuigetsuKO" icon)

Chakra Cost 5000 to ACTIVATE
Chakra cost during USE 500 per 3 sec
Cool down 5mins


"Water Explosion"

-Surrounds user and explodes dealing x1.5 of there nin pushing threat back 3 tiles, if they're in range 2 tiles away from the attack
-Used for Suiton Bunshin explosion (A combo of Clone profession and Suigetsu Special) x3 Nin
-Used with normal bunshins x1.1 Nin

AoE Defense(3x3)
Chakra Cost 2000
CoolDown 1min



Bunshin Water Explosion

Chakra Cost 1200 per NORMAL bunshin
Chakra cost 1000 per SUITON bunshin
CoolDown(Normal) 35sec
Cooldown(Suiton) 1min



"WaterWall"

-1 tile defense jutsu that gives the user a 1sec fast shield that pushes anyone 1 tile away from it 2 tiles back


Chakra Cost 1000
CoolDown 20 secs

"Water Armour"

-Suigetsu Immune Mode
-Immune for 10-15 sec to ALL TAIJUTSU
-Raiton jutsus tripple in this mode
-Weapons go through user
-Suiton heals user (x2 enemies dmg in this mode)
-Ranton jutsus x4 in this mode
-Bijuu blast will result in a 1 hit KO(user turns into "SuigetsuKO" icon)

Chakra cost 1000
Chakra cost during USE 200 per 3 sec
Cool down time 1min


"WaterArms"

-Boost Tai x2

Chakracost 1000
Chakra cost during USE 150 per 3 sec
Cooldown time 30 secs

NOTE the "Words" in quoations show the jutsu FILE name which may or may not be changed later


I have to admit this special is a bit big with 7+ jutsu's or icons so some things may be removed =)

Don't you think you should be working on more useful things ? Like say....better icons for the released state of a bijuu and Cursed seal ? instead of things you're 'gun-ho' about and want added...seems kinda selfish if you ask me >_>. We don't need a suigetsu special.

We need all the current clans to be bug free and completed, and we also need other non filler clans to be implemented.

The aforementioned things are just my opinion(s).Feel free to disagree, just think NNA needs a set of fresh advice since the forum is plagued with Madara =D.

Umm No i shouldnt be working on those things ?

1. I only iconned suigetsu icons cause people wanted it in and stormie said it was ok so its not just for myself.

2. Lords Iconed cursemark stages and bijuu stages ages ago so I dont have to do those

Im not a freakin programer I cant add other clans in or get rid of bugs and no ones suggested any other clan thats why I'm iconning specials

4. People suggested suigetsu special but no one actually did the icons so i put together the icons and concepts with help from people thats the only reason why I did it.

5. If your forced to do something that you dont want to do then you wont get anything done for instance ... I tried something more "Important" (V3 elements) I didnt go too far in that only finishing 2 of the 5 elements why? Because I didnt have the motivation for it.

6. Do you know how much I've iconned so far ? I mean geez givme a break
