Villages with their own orgs

I was thinking villages would have their own orgs e.g Mist would have SSM. The kages would decide who leads the org and the org must participate with their village in a war.

Leaf- ANBU Root
Mist - SSM
Cloud - Kinkau Force
Sand - Puppet Brigade

Don't know about Rock...

They could get something like when villagers die during a war they're sent to the war box, if you're in the org you could leave the war box and fight again unlike normal villagers who would have to wait to leave till the war is over

They get more stuff to..Just haven't came up with what yet xD

leaf could also have the uchiha police force,medic corps,etc
rock could have something.. their unkown
there could also be 1 like huge org ie. 12 fire guardians or something like that

dont think its good idea having so many orgs in leaf and only 1 in others, althought medic corps could be placed on each village and they would be able see health of every villager
