Tajuu Kage Bunshin No Jutsu Ideas

Well you know how in V2.5 you get like 20 clones with Mastered Tajuu Kage Bunshin? And you also know that you can make attacking clones either 5 or 20. And now my idea is that you can be able to choose how many clones you make. Not from a Tab but when you press Tajuu Kage Bunshin (Or the Macro for it) there'll be an option how many clones you want and you can put a Number from 1 to 20 depending. And Now my other idea is that it's kinda annoying when making a Tajuu Kage Bunshin and you can't move up cause they always get in the way. And you can't also do sneak attacks. (Like in the Anime/Manga. And by Sneak attacks i mean for example you Make a Clones. Just one clone. And you Use Mei Mei No Jutsu or Kawarimi. Well while you make your clone attack and get his/Her attention away you get behing His/Her Back and get ready to attack with a Nice Attack (Rasengan?) and when the guy kills your clone your Mei Mei/Kawarimi just ends and you'll have a Nice Rasengan Use and it'll also make the fight Epic. ) So it should be like this: When you press somewhere the clone will stay there and won't follow you until you target yourself. And like that comes the next idea: When you target someone the Clone(s) will follow the guy you targeted until they catch Him/Her and start attacking Him/Her. Because It's annoying when your about to kill someone with Clones and He Runs away With this target it's possible to do Sneak Attacks. And Now my Final Idea. When you choose the Clone proffesion it's useless. Pretty much the only good technique you get is Orioke No Jutsu... Which doesn't work. So Maybe you can do it so Clone Specialist's can make up to 30 clones with Tajuu instead of 20? Because the others are pretty overpowered. (Taijutsu Expert etc.) And also some technique like rasengan will Need half the Chakra you normally need when you create 2 Clones and use the technique.
