Game is down because the shell server's provider crashed, they are currently changing and the game should be back soon!

Uhmm... Wouldn't want to be of nuisance, but how long does it take to change a shell/server? Does the change cost any money or such? Or is it just a long process? Cause i'd kinda like to play the game, and i'm ready to wait to play, but still... Seems like a really long process. :/
