would add defensive ability to items:

normal clothes (sasuke suit, naruto suit, pants, shirt etc) would reduce dmg by 3%
Chuunin vest would reduce dmg by 5%
Jounin suit would reduce dmg by 5%
arm protector would reduce dmg by 5% (http://media.comicvine.com/uploads/0/378/275709-98454-the-third-hokage_large.jpg)
Battle armour would reduce dmg by 10%

but higher defensive percentage is higher price it would have, and maybe some of those would also need strenght req, and if you use withouth req you would move slower, or make handsigns slower
and these couldnt be used with same type items at same time, e.q. Chuunin vest and battle armor

Hip Pouch (max on one character 3)
cost: 50k
Withouth it you could carry 100 shurikens/kunais, 50 exploding tags, 10 smoke/flash bombs and 50 caltrops if they are being added
With 1 you could carry 200 shurikens/kunais, 75 exploding tags, 75 smoke/flash bombs and 100 caltrops if they are being added
with 2 you could carry 400 shurikens/kunais, 150 exploding tags, 150 smoke/flash bombs and 200 caltrops if they are being added
with 3 you could carry 600 shurikens/kunais, 225 exploding tags, 225 smoke/flash bombs and 300 caltrops if they are being

Withouth it you could carry 100 shurikens/kunais, 50 exploding tags, 50 smoke/flash bombs and 50 caltrops if they are being added
With 1 you could carry 1000 shurikens/kunais, 500 exploding tags, 500 smoke/flash bombs and 500 caltrops if they are being added
with 2 you could carry 2000 shurikens/kunais, 1000 exploding tags, 1000 smoke/flash bombs and 1000 caltrops if they are being added
with 3 you could carry 3000 shurikens/kunais, 1500 exploding tags, 1500 smoke/flash bombs and 1500 caltrops if they are being

cost: 10k
withouth it you could carry 100 shurikens/kunais
with 1 you could carry 500 shurikens/kunais
with 2 you could carry 1000 shurikens/kunais
