Alright peeps, was told I should do this so I guess now I am, lol. But to warn you people I'm not as good as Shino.

-First, tell me what size you want this edited picture to be. (Signature, avatar, wallpaper, etc.)
All signatures will be the same size, as with the avatars unless I feel like it would look better if I changed it. For wallpaper I will need the resolution of your screen to prevent stretching and condensing. Wallpaper = Start Menu > Control Panel > Appearance > Settings. Should be under "Screen Resolution" Those are the numbers I need please.

-Second, post a picture or a link of the picture you want me to edit. If you do not provide a photo, I will pick a photo of my choosing. I will most likely use the photo you provide for me unless I feel another photo would suit the final product better.

-Third, text. Let me know the text you would like on the final product and I will do my best at making it look the best. Font color will be determined on the outcome colors of the rest of the photo.

-Fourth, I would like to know if you want a border or not. Light or thick thickness and color input would be greatly appreciated.

Gimp is simple and pretty easy to use if your a cheap prick and dont wana buy photo shop xD
