Sharingan/Rinnegan Improvement Suggestion

In the show we see Sharingan and Rinnegan develop through fighting. If we have a battle experience system it would make getting Sharingan lvl up and Rinnegan jutsu more interesting =) or for other stuff ._.

Example
Sharingan 1 (same req)
Sharingan 2 (requires 500 battle experience)
Sharingan 3 (requires 1000 battle experience)
Mangekyou (same req)
Ameratsu (10 000 battle experience)
Susano'o ( 20 000 battle experience)
Kamui (10 000 battle experience)

Rinnegan 1 (same req)
Rinnegan 2 (requires 2000 battle experience) (gains one randomly selected rinnegan jutsu)
Full Rinnegan (requires 15 000 battle experience) (gains all of rinnegan jutsu)

(Stats + Battle experience = Dojutsu lvl up)

To keep things ballanced and fair all those that are S rank gain x1.5 battle experience per kill

During wars everyone's battle experience per kill will double (if your s rank 1.5 x 2)

Battle experience could be used for other different things (Bijuu control,Fusion element gain etc).

its not actualy an bad idea but ...(thers always a but) people would just ask Kages to make wars and let them kill em . Wich would ruin evrything i have no idea how to solve this (maybe a daily limit of battle experience u can get or like a limit of Experience u can get at a lvl for example 2500 Battle Experience all 5 lvls or something). Else its not that bad of an idea.

AWESOME IDEA:
be something to offer new to the nna system. And from there to add new training system. ( meaning pretty much any thing you do increases your stats, such as running increases stam, attacking increases str and so on, and help even out the nurf stat point system.) well great idea rai........ hope storm makes use of your idea.

I actually really like this idea... Reminds me of my 'Battle level' idea... But yeah, we could add a daily/per level cap or whatever, Make another post with it, asking for suggestions and add a poll etc! :]
