New Time Bar Idea

Well in the anime and manga usually most of the characters dont have their dojutsu on 24/7.

Time Bar
-Displays time remaining in SM
-DIsplays time left using Sharingan,Byakugan
-Displays time remaining using Curse Mark
-Displays time remaining using Bijuu
- *People with rinnegan wont be affected*
-*People with 1 eye will have less time then others*
-*The time bar wont affect people with EMS*
-*People with ISM wont be affected*

The purpose with the time bar is so that people with dojutsu wont run around with their boost forever and sage mode people dont go "0_0" when their sage mode runs out.

I think that the Time bar should be switched with exp bar or other way around.

Time will be affected by uses of the dojutsu,bijuu etc and the users chakra

This is just a suggestion, but I think the amount of time one can sustain their respective doujutsu/sage mode ability should also be based on their rank, with S rank undoubtedly unlocking the maximum doujutsu time limit =3 I also think this should apply for Biju boosts too. =o

E rank = 30 seconds
D rank = 1 minute
C rank = 1 minutes 30 seconds
B rank = 2 minutes
A rank = 2 minutes 30 seconds
S rank = 3 minutes (It will vary depending on the doujutsu or special trait)

I like the idea but I don't think there should be a time limit for doujutsu. I like Legends idea too ranks increasing the time.
