Gates For Everyone ?

We know that taijutsu proffessions get Gates however some people in the anime already have "a profession" and gates (Example Kakashi)
How it works (These requirements are for people without a Tai clan (Hyuuga,Kaguya,Inzuka etc. or Taiprof ppl)
-Anyone can open gates from 1-3
-However gates will cost a high amount of tai (Cause Kakashi,Gai and Lee are beast ._.)
-1st Gate 5-7k Tai base (depends on your luck but you'll get it at 7k for sure)
-2nd Gate 9-13k Tai base
-3rd gate 14-18k Tai base

I Disagree with this completely would just make more people OP if you want gates just be a tai expert

well i wouldnt mind if there were some secret way archieving it (maybe something to do with no clans) but no not for everyone thats jsut riddiculous
