New way of geting Fusions

Well if you've been keeping up with the manga i think that on top of the current way you can get a fusion there should be another way ._.

How it works
-Any kages with proper fusion elements will gain it

-the very 1st Kages of the new wipe will have a "Hand me down" verb which gives their fusion to any villager of their choice ONCE (and also keeping their fusion)

-If the kage loses in a battle for the title the kage has to pass their fusion down to the next kage (and lose their fusions) In the rare case the kage doesnt have the element to fuse then the new (2nd kage) will gain fusion if they have the elements to fuse

-1st kage of each village will recieve a fusion (according to elements; if you have none ... well ... that sucks)

-After about 3+ generations of Kages the "Hand me down" verb will be given again (this is to prevent having everyone with fusions)

-Kages who dont log on for 1-2 weeks will lose their title (or if they're away they need to get a temp replacement)

-People who have received the hand me down fusion and arent on for a certain amount of time will lose it (and the verb wont go back to the kage until future generations)

-Non clans with fusion elements/fusion will learn them faster then people with clans

This'll get more people to aim for kage and what not maybe this can be for like ... V4 xDD

i am not really with this idea, besides you probably basing this idea from that omoi or karui and third raikage thing, but it was no element fusion its normal raiton style jutsu just taken higher level besides you cant "teach" element fusion like they have said its kekkei genkai only ones who has that can have element fusion and i think current element fusion system is fine, they just need more jutsus
