General Suggestions (New ideas + Old ones revived) (Basic ideas)
Random New Ideas
Paper bombs
-instant kill if your standing on it
-if your around it it should move you (kinda like rasengan) causing minimal damage
Punches
-Someone with x2 higher tai base then you should push you back per punch
Master Kawa
-after 100 uses
-once the enemy hits your kawa a paper bomb will be on the log causing minimal damage and pushing the opponent back
OPing up techniques
Chidori/Rasengan should do like x2-3 your base nin (Its like 1 hit in the anime >_>")
Raikiri should do x3-3.5 base nin
Things that should be added in (sooner or later ._.)
Odama Rasengan
-requires 8k to preform
-requires a clone ? (so 2 tile tech)
-hits x3 base nin
12 Ninja Guardian Org
-Stashes (Uniform)
-Has that shield thing Asuma did ._. (forgot what its called)
-Only people from the fire country can be in it (I think its only fire country right?)
Chidori/Rasengan/Fuuton Rasenshuriken
-Shouldnt be for everyone (Should be a special ?)

-Should last until the user releases it
-While moving they're seen (like an odd movement in the turf)
-When they're still they're fully invisible
-300 chakra per sec when moving. 100 when still
-No jutsu can be preformed during this mode
-Doesnt affect people with dojutsu

hmm some good ideas
well your paper bomb reminded that i have done it already https://narutoninjaarts.rpg-board.net/t12-weapons and i dont really like that insta kill thing =/
i dont think punching should push back, it makes user lose its chance to kill opponent once by hitting that 3 times within second
liked your kawa idea =) and shoul damage should be based from kawa uses?
agree with rasengan although they are currently too some scary stuff
well oodama and rasenshuriken i think shouldnt be so easily achieved

and 12 guardians idea of mine:
there would be mission to kill daimyo
daimyo would have big building which has alot ANBUs in there (ANBUs would be as strong as dosu)
and in final room there would be daimyo you need to kill, after daimyo is killed there would be war between villages
but 12 ninja guardians would be notified when someone has taken this mission and are to stop him from killing daimyo,
although they only protect fire daimyo in anime, ingame they should get notified from any daimyo killing mission take couse it would be unfair only 1 village have better protect in mission
12 ninja guardians would get 2 jutsus:
Raigö: Senjusatsu: when this is placed user cant move but anyone that comes 2 squares close to him will get damaged and pushed back
(so user would be invulnerable against taijutsu)
Raimu Raito: would need 4 guardian members go in 4 corners of screen (10 squares from each other)
and they should all activate jutsu within 5 seconds first activated it, when all 4 activates this everyone in screen except those 4 gets hit
