Ok well personally I think NNA is known for many things and one of them is their specials =D

I still think NNA's missing some specials though ._.

Gaara Sand Special (Chance of getting Very Rare) (Slightly lower chance of getting then IS)
-Has old sand jutsu (from 1 tails)
-Has a IS like sand

How it Works
-The sand is 1x1 and controlable
-Once you move it over the user it only slows them down
-To attack them you have to use the AoE Sand Coffin

-Sand armour (given to 1 tail users if they have sand special)
-reduces tai jutsu damage by 1/2

1 Eye Byakugan (Chance of getting Rare) (Equal to 1 eye sharingan chances)
-Gives a small boost
-Has byakugan scan

-Gives x2.5 Boost to each stat

2 Different dojutsu (Chance of getting Super Extremely Very Very Madara Rare) (Chance of getting Less then 1%)
(Example Sharingan and Rinnegan)
-Gives both 2 boost and abilities that come from each dojutsu

Explanation on why its so rare...
The ninja body can only with stand so much power even the greatest shinobi including Yahiko and Kakashi had difficulties using their 1 eye dojutsu so having 2 different eyes would be a whole different story.

Copying Eye Sharingan (Chance of getting Rare) (Chance is equal to fusion ?)

-The copying sharingan eye can copy any elemental jutsu & tai jutsu moves and you can use it whenever you want until death

Limits
-Can only copy basic elements (no fusions)
-Can only copy the FIRST type of profession jutsu (puppets excluded)
-Copying sharingan isn't 100%
-Nin + Gen + Uses + Copying Shar Uses = the % chance of copying jutsu
-You SHOULD get 50% mastery around lvl 30 (50% chance of copying jutsu)

[Indigo]

Gaaras sand:
Sand moving on top of enemy would make sand stuck on some part of enemy and when all sands are on top of enemy it would automaticy be "sabaku kyuu" and opponent would be freezed, after this user can use sousou which would make alot damage (opponent can still use shield in this to stop damage from sousou, if opponent does sousou while sand arent completely on enemy it can cripple parts that sand is in (legs, arms) when used all sand dissapears (5 parts max on top of enemy)

Weaknesses: Shield, Water Jutsus, Kirigakure no jutsu (immobilizes all sand in area), AoEs (destroys sand around you)

Suna:
would make 9 pieces of sand
takes no chakra to get

Gokusa Maisō:
would make 5x5 big area of sand
takes 75% of chakra to make
can catch multiple people at once and use Sabaku Taisō

Ryūsa Bakuryū:
makes big wave of sand making anyone hit stuck and hurt, when people stuck in this user can use Sabaku Taisō

Suna Shigure
would use all sand to make big cloud of sand above which can be moved kirin like but alot slower(could be just shadow on ground)

Rendan: Suna Shigure:
when cloud on user could click this to damage that cloud area

Absolute Shield:
would be counter like jutsu which would last 7 seconds and would have 30 second cooldown, this stops any jutsu coming to user
