Sheilding for Hyuugas

uhh as most people know who watch the anime the hyuuga clan has 2 (rotating) sheilds
however for sum random ass reason the ultimate hyuuga defence (Kaiten) only lasts for 2 seconds..thats ultra BS so i was thinking lets change this!!!!

Kaiten::
stays on until you run outta chakra
rasengan,chidori and other sheild breakers CANNOT penetrate this
IF a kuani for example is thrown at the kaiten, the kunai will be thrown back into the direction it came from, since its un-penetrateable.

Shugohakke rokujoyonshou:::

the secondary rotating sheild of the hyuuga clan,
has bursts of protection e.g 5-10 second burts of a sheild
sheild breakers will eb able to penetrate this sheild however some pf the sting of the jutsu will be lost,
kuanis wil jsut remain on the side of the sheild until it runs out of juice.

Sounds better to me but why shouldn't Rasengan and Chidori be able to break it?

because kaiten is a constant flow of leaking chakra turning into a sphere which makes it a chakra v chakra fight
if you think about it, if rasengan is a set amount of chakra and kaiten is a constant amount by the time it hits kaiten , it will probably start being eroded by the kaiten...
makes sense?

Kaiten has chakra all around wouldn't a concentrated amount of chakra like Rasengan being put into one point break Kaiten?

it wouldnt have any weak points as in the anime, neji is constantly spining creating the cahkra therefore the chakra is being replenished as he turns,
also the rasengan will dissapear as the wall of kaiten is cutting it/ eroding it making it difficult to break
