Madara Special Concept

NNA should get an epic Madara special ;o

Jutsu's . . . .

Teleportation
-Allows user to teleport anywhere they want (Like GM teleport)
-Not instant (Takes around 5 secs)
-User can be attacked or killed in this mode
-If a person gets attack in this mode they'll experience a slight stun (frozen for about 2 sec)

Phase mode
-User cant preform jutsu in this mode or attack
-User cannot be trapped or damage in this mode
-User is immune for a certain period of time
Example
if the user uses phase for 4mins then it takes time to regenerate 4mins again (they have to be off phase
mode for 4 mins to recover phase mode)
-Once you phase all effects will be off you (poison,burn, etc)

Madara's Demention
-You can suck multiple people in your demention (like rift)
-The more people you have in your demention the longer it takes to suck them in (Example if it takes 5 sec for 1 person and you want to suck another person in it would take 10 sec, then 20 for a 3rd person etc.)
-You have to be right infront of a person to teleport them
-You cant teleport any NPCS

*Madara Jutsu will be Nin and massive chakra base so no this wouldnt be oped >_>*

I know im missing some stuffs but maybe you guys can add to it im getting lazy @_@

one problum what if they use phase out for 1000000000000000 mins >.> there should be a limit like most of 5 mins and when there phased out they should be brought to the "rift area" i think at least
