Bingo Book

Yoh, I think that we should have a Bingo Book system brought into NNA

My idea for this system is pretty basic. Each village has their own bingo book, and only members of that village can acess it. The Kage of the village has the verb to edit the bingo book, in which he/she can Add or Remove peoples names in the bingo book. When someone is added into the bingo book, i think some information should be shown about them

Ideas about information that could be shown:
-Rank (S Rank, A rank, ect)
-Stats
-Location
-Image of the person

The idea of this, is so that if there are certain missing nin that the Kage wants killed, or people from another village that the Kage wants killed, the villagers will know about it, and have information to work on

Other ideas for the Bingo book:
-Show if the village is currently at war with a Certain village / Org
-Show the Village standing (have everyone in the village put into here, and their level/rank is shown. So that people in the village can see who is the strongest apart from their kage)
-Give information about the game (this would involve the noob guide, and the world shinoi ranking, ect ect. To all be put into the book. This way the Bingo book would be important for everyone)

Please not the "Other ideas" bit is only optional extras i've thought of, they dont need to be apart of the idea.

well that location thing would just make hyuugas and inuzukas useless xD but how about it would show location that player was lets say 1 min ago or 5 mins ago (last sightning of missing nin kinda thing)

also i think we could add bounty into this too as kage adds name into bingo book he would also give bounty. i also think if one in bingo book is missing nin they could get more info (like kumo went to get more info out of sasgay) if they are missing nin they could also get ones clan, elements, profession.

and i think kage could add "threat level" onto name he adds, in otherwords meaning if missing nin is strong and good fighter kage could but like "extreme level" if he good it could be like "high level" also there could be "normal level" "low level" "very low level" and very low would mean someone who is taken down easily

Bounty hunting:

People who are placed into bingo book would get money reward AND exp reward on them
money would be like (lvl*1000) e.q. 55 lvl would give 55000 money
exp would be like (threat level+lvl*100000)
Extreme Level: 100
High Level: 75
Normal Level: 50
Low Level: 25
Very Low Level: 10

e.q. Extreme Level and 70 lvl person would give 1 700 000 exp (100+70*100000)

but one person can only attain bounty once from each player
