Changing the war system!

Okay... Following changes will be made.. Just want some idea's-

Seperate war map, so that others don't interfere, you don't need to run around the world etc.
Acad students and Genin's cannot join the war
Chuunin's get the options to join or not
Jounin and above must join unless afk.

60 seconds prep time in a room before moving to the war area.

Respawning will occur every 10 seconds untill a leader is killed.

If leader's stay in one spot for 10 seconds or more and are not frozen, they get auto moved

Otherwise we will get leaders who are smart, and camp in one area sending his minions... Err. Fellow shinobi out to die
