New Element/ S Rank jutsu

This is my idea for a new S Rank jutsu
a jutsu that can slow people down or do an attack that they cant run from much like Susano or Reaper Death Seal but less damage Sasuke's Kirin

Any who this is my other idea....
an A.O.E. that kills anyone in it including the user and a freeze that gives a small buff to someone or whatever

but kirin like that...HELL NO
current kirin is 100x better

to tell truth, i think we should get rid of 1 hit killers, well especially susanoo its nothing like that

I was thinking the same thing if susanoo was like the star villages shield it would make much more sense and instead oh draining chakra it could drain health
