It's been mentioned before quite a few times and the original idea was meant to be made into a special but it should be a clan.

Suika No Jutsu(Liquidize): The liquidsed form lasts for 15-20 seconds while the user is in the liquidised form
-Raiton jutsus damage are doubled.
-Katon jutsus damage are halved
-Suiton jutsus heal
-Suiton jutsus used by the user will be doubled
-Doton jutsus slow down
-Taijutsu has no effect for a while
-All weapons go straight through

Thats the original idea adding on to that should be these jutsus for the clan


Suiton Gousuiwan No Jutsu: This should turn one of the users arm bigger. The attacking damage for the user while this jutsu on should be increased and should be able to break shields however the movement of the user should be decreased slightly and so should the attacking speed. Using the jutsu again cancels the jutsu


Demon Fish Wave Crash: This should create some big fish demon thing which is made out of water...While in this form it should have the same effects as Suika No Jutsu however the user is slowed down a lot and anything they walk into will be damaged and knocked back. The fish thing also has a certain amount of HP depending on the users HP once the thing has lost all its hp the user should be stunned for a few seconds. Using the jutsu again cancels it
