Okay, Out of the Element fusions, Theres one in the movie, that not many know about.

Swift release is used by Hiruko. Heres the description

The Swift Release (迅遁, Jinton) is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that can be used to move at virtually instantaneous speed, granting the user an advantage over opponents with more strength than speed, such as users of Chakra Enhanced Strength. This nature therefore renders the user invulnerable against taijutsu. The elements combined to create this nature are unknown.

Now. If this was added into the game, A system for it would be added.

When Activated, The user has a 90% chance to dodge attacks. This would cause the user to teleport 2-3 tiles in a random direction, to avoid melee damage

You could also allow it to have a percentage to dodge Ninjutsu aswell

Swift release, seeing as it makes the person using it Very hard to kill, should give them a 40% reduction to their stats

Alright, So to sum up... OHH and a speed increase
