Shiki Fuujin or equivilent for kage's?

Should kage's and leaders recieve some for of sealing technique for defending their org's and village's against bijuu attacks for V3?

yess all kages should have a sealing jutsu in which they can steal bijuus to protect there village but they don't get the bijuu they must give it to one of there villagers and the stronger the kage is the stronger the seal is.

like if the sealing jutsu is lvl 1 that means the bijuu can come out of the person with like a %25 chance
sealing jutsu lvl 2 can mean 50%
Sealing jutsu lvl 3 can mean 75%
Sealing jutsu lvl 4 means 100%

While talkin bout seal maybe you can add Five pronge seal that stop People form using bijuu until the can get the jutsu to release it which is five element release Or somebody else may have to release it for them

i agree kages should be able to do that i mean what good is having akatsuki and kages with host with out being able to war with bijuus?

war with bijuus what ya mean with that? and ya know people in akatsuki cant be hosts, since they take bijuus xD

One of the cons of being in an org is that you can't be a host to a bijuu, and if you go missing with a bijuu, you're not allowed to join an org :p

Otherwise people in orgs could get OP so easily..

This also makes org's more specialised if you understand me ^_^
