Organization/Village NPC's

When you are in a village or Organization you do not get attacked by npc's of that village or org but are able to talk too them if you are a part of it. Such as if you are part of Sound organazation NPC orochimaru will not attack you if you are part of that organization but will attack others.

That would just mean they need to go out to other villages and kill other npc's and not their own haha
