Banned when asking for name change

Galaxy banned my when i asked for a name change when things finally run smoothly...can this be ellaborated upon.

when i looked into it , reason says "Having too many keys"

when i was banned it had no reason shown to me....i also dont use most of the keys it may have shown to this cpu . i dont think thats his reason but it is fact that many people (Used to)use this cpu...and i would like to come to terms on this ..because i dont feel this reason should always remain when ive done nothing wrong to bring up every person who has ever been on this computers key.i n the mean time i would like to be unbanned. i also wanna know what i should do considering that i dont like starting over on character or keys
