First off, don't cry about sharingan. It will come to you while playing the game, therefore, common logic dictates that the more you play, the faster you'll get it, and the faster it grows!

Mangekyou requirements are secret, all I will say is that you need to be a high level, with the right stats all around!

Eternal Mangekyou (EMS) is also a secret, but i'll say that it follows the manga/anime and is only available to a select few :p

Uchiha's are usually rounded, build-wise at least, they should have even amounts of Ninjutsu, Taijutsu and Genjutsu, obviously, whatever you use more will be a little higher.

NNA employs different types of mangekyou, each with its own good and bad points and even different boosts!

eg. Sasuke's mangekyou type gives you the techniques Amaterasu and Susano'o, it Also boosts all stats by an equal amount, just more than an ordinary/no-name mangekyou

Itachi's mangekyou type gives you Amaterasu, Susano'o and Tsukiyomi. It also boosts Ninjutsu and Genjutsu greatly with a small boost to Taijutsu

Shisui's sharingan type doesn't get a mangekyou state, but it does give you a 'Mind Control' technique, which allows you to control someone, with macro's while moving yourself, and use their strongest jutsu's (One clan jutsu, one element jutsu, an element fusion jutsu if they have it, and a profession jutsu soon), you also get a special shunshin technique, designed especially for Shisui.

There are also numerous unnamed sharingan/mangekyou types, aswell as a few more 'themed' types, but you'll have to discover them by yourself... Good luck Uchiha's :p
