Lightning Fangs techs

Lightning Fangs (SSM Sword) used by raiga will be able to boost Raiton techs and even control other raiton attacks and send it back .

Raikyū: A lightning ball which can be small but if used more it will be a big lightning ball and does more damage then when its not mastered. not mastered would do maybe x1.5 and mastered would do x2.3

Raisō: Ikazuchi no Utage: a 4x4 lightning aoe attack which will last for 4 secs. Would do x2 nin

Rairyū no Tatsumaki: this tech reqs alot of chakra. This tech will look like a dragon (MAKE IT USE ARROW to move dragon) also even if the tech doesn't directly touch the target, the lightning can jump out to hit a nearby target. Would do x3 if hit and if lightning hits it would do x1 with a small chance to stun would be a shield breaker.

Raigeki no Yoroi: This jutsu will cover you with electricity and do x1and in this form u will not be able to do damage but has a 65% chance to stun would also be a shield breaker ;D so if they used shield they can't get out of shield for 5 secs.

and if storm is adding a sword mastery the last 2 jutsus will come when u master the sword
