Akatsuki Ranks, sealing and Base

Akatsuki sealing jutsu and Akatsuki base
Akatsuki Sealing system will be for the official members
along with the akatsuki's members respective rings that represents their spot
in the sealing process
Rei: co-leader's ring(purple'ish gray)
Aoi:official member that will be next to co-leader(purple'ish gray)
Bya:official member who will be next to aoi(white)
Shu: official member who will be next to bya(vermillion/scarlet)
Gai: official member who will stand next to shu (green)
Ku: official member who will stand next to gai (slate blue)
Nan: official member who will stand next to ku (yellow)
Hoku: official member who will stand next to nan(dark green)
San: official member who will stand next to hoku (orange)
Gyoku:Leader's ring who will be on the last thumb of the statue (purple)

The akatsuki base will be in a very disclosed area although reachable but it requires identification of you being an member
(hence using a henge to infiltrate the base will not work unless its a mission)
Extracting Bijuu: this will be a bit different then expected but it will be fun and fair for everyone when the jinchuriki
is beaten and left unable to move the akatsuki members have the verbs to literally carry them back to the base where they will
extract the bijuu but in the given time the fellow members/kage are given time to rescue the bijuu's host and disrupt the extraction

Akatsuki Leader and Co-leader Jutsu:
Shōten no Jutsu this jutsu will work like manipulation minus the drawback on being able to leave an area it will have a 5k chakra requirement and custom chakra for buffing
it will also work on the person you use it on therefor you can turn that person into your slave and the chakra you put will be a buff to hp and stats incase your victim's hp chakra
and stats arent fitting to you it will also enable you to use your jutsus but kekkei genkai will cost alot more chakra than usual such as sharingan and etc

i think Akatsuki also should have jutsu to make clone of himself with 30% original stats and control it like pains paths while real ones are sealing bijuu, this way it would give more delay for anyone come interrupt sealing. but sealing should last quite long maybe 15 minutes

and when bijuu is stolen i think it should become announcement like to everyone in village where bijuu was (if bijuu host was missing he gets no help XD) and i also think that it would become quite important mission and if bijuu is successfully saved village reputation probably should raise and maybe get some exp from it

err i was thinking that when akatsuki reach the base a new tab reloads and they get a verb "Enter Akatsuki base" and if it was a mission i think that it should be like in the show where the akatsuki leader has 4 seals (one already placed on the rock) that they choose to place in the map, So the only way to get in is to go in a squad of 5 and remove them all at the same time (5 sec off MAX).

And i was also thinking akatsuki should have more then one base since there not always together.(example 1 base near leaf. 1 base near rock). Lets say the leader was in the base near rock and 2 members were in a base near leaf they could still see each other but they would just walk through each other and jutsu and attacks wont effect anyone unless there in the same base with you(Example Your in a base near rock and you attack the leader whos in the a base near leaf. Even though you can see him it doesnt effect him).

i like second part having bases would make villagers make search base we sealing bijuu at, and this would bring us little more time for sealing but for akatsuki having multiple bases would need making maps bigger so this would become more usefull (since it wont take much time walk from base from anywhere)

and we really need all possible time XD if sealing gonna last 15 mins and whole village would be notified about bijuu taken (whole village comes after us immidiadly) and we would need hold them until sealing is finished (15 mins is loooooong time to hold off village)

Somebody told about the clone thingy!
Shouldn't that be if some person wants to join akatsuki then he would be like Tobi? Apprentice for some akat person! And if a bijuu is going to be extracted then he would be henge'd (and he gets his jutsus and some power) so he would be like clone like there was 2 persons = 1 was itachi's and other was kisame's ?

but i think those apprentices could be in their village but when they are made apprentice they get "akatsuki say" which would send only people in akatsuki message (so he could hear village say and akatsuki village say) so he could be like spy, and this would also help we to know whats going on in village when we are sealing bijuu

and about entering Akatsuki base

i dont think only Akatsuki should be able enter there but if madaras iea were to be added i think only akatsuki could enter there straigh, and others would need take seals off (so to enter others would always need 5 people from same village (since they need communicate to take all taggs off withing that 5 seconds)) and even if its only that seal thing it would reduce alot people coming in base

still I would find it random your making plans then some random noob comes how do you get genin ? >.< ooooooooor we could make the entrance like an npc and it loses hp everytime hit until the entrance breaks (Low hp around 100k or so) and again only akatsuki members can walk right in.

To fix the entrance it would cost ryo (Example repairing dmgs 100k ryo,Fixing the whole thing 200k ryo). This may seem like a lot of money (not really) but these would come out of ALL the akatsuki members pockets ^^

i liked that your last idea better, that there is 5 seals and people need 5 person to access in (and akat members get in just by walking)
