-Ranks-

-Student-
Rank that a new player starts off as obviously.
There won't be many changes to this seeing how
It's such a basic level of player. Only changes
will include a level cap of level 10, and they
literally will not be able to be hit by players
to avoid "accidental" student kills.

-Genin-
-Requirements: This rank will require a minimum level
of 5. It will also require the player to take
the basics test which will quiz them on basic
functions of the game, such as Target system
and etc.

-Obtainables: If the player is a Non Clan, they will
now be able to choose a profession and obtain
its basic jutsus. The player can now start
retrieving bounties from kill players.
A headband will be given to the player when
becoming a Genin as well. The user will also
be able to kill other players as well as be
killed by players. Players will also be able
purchase and use basic weapons melee and ranged.

-Chuunin-
-Requirements: Genin Rank will be required to take
the test. You will also need to be level 20
or higher to qualify to take the test.
For an Exam to activate, there must be a
minimum of 4 qualified Genins to take the
test. The exams will hopefully be on a 2 hour
timely auto check. And if there are 4 Genins on
at the level of 20 or above, an exam announcement
will appear and give them a 5 minute countdown for
the players to apply for an exam.
For simplicity reasons, there will be no written
exam or forrest of death (People would claim we
are copying GOA >_>). It will move straight into
the one versus one fights. Only the winner of the
final fight can be advanced to a Chuunin. There will
also be GM held Chuunin exams, they can apply their
own rules at will here as long as they are logical
and fair.

-Chuunin Exam rules and functions: All homings and freezes
will be disabled on this map of the Chuunin Arena.

-Obtainables: Players will now be able to choose profession,
and obtain their basic jutsu. They will also get their
village's flak jacket. They will also be able to lead/create
squad's that are assigned. Non Clan players will now be able
to purchase and use advanced weapons ranged and melee.
-Jounin-
-Requirements: Chuunin Rank will be required to achieve this rank.
This rank will be automatically recieved when a Chuunin
achieves level 40.
-Obtainables: Upon getting Jounin the player will now have access to
the black market. The black market will be a system based off
of village reputation. The higher the village reputation that
your village has the lower the prices are for items. The Black
market will be hidden outside of the Sound village *If put in.*
(Will explain more about the Black market in a text document
devoted to it.) Non Clans will also be able to choose a
Profession branch at level 40. If their specific profession
doesn't have a branch, they will gain the mastery jutsu
available for it. Clanned players will now be able to buy and
use advanced weapons. Non Clan players with the profession of
Weapon master will be able to use legendary weapons.

-Hunter Nin-
REMOVED. *Good riddance*

-Missing Nin-
-Requirements: Genin Rank. They will also need to be at least a B rank ninja.

-Obtainables: Upon leaving the village their headband item will be replaced
with a scored headband. Players will also be able to join hidden
organizations. Still deciding on if there will be a percent chance
to be accepted or other hidden reqs.

-Anbu-
-Requirements: This rank requires Jounin rank and a minimum of level 50. This
rank will only be able to given by the Kage of the village.
-Obtainables: Anbu will be given an Anbu outfit.

-Kage-
-Requirements: Level 70 minimum. The person applying must pass a fighting test, and
be deemed worthy by the community for the position. If a person says that they
are not worthy, a Staff member should ask for a reason or proof. Staff Members and
Village Members should be the only ones who get to have influence on the decision/approval.
-Obtainables: The player who achieves this rank will be given the Village Leader's outfit. As well as
basic kage verbs (Invite, Banishment, etc.), the ability to assign Anbu, and declare war.
-Organization Leader-
-Requirements: Level 65 minimum. The person applying must be deemed worthy with a fighting test, and
the communitie's approval.
-Obtainables: The organization leaders special outfit, and the organizations jutsus/abilities. They will
get basic Organization verbs, being invite, kick, and war verbs. Different organizations will be
able to have different functions.
