Village Specials/Signiture Moves

How it works
-when entering a village as a Non-Clan you will automatically have one of these "Village Specials"
-people with clans can get it but the % is lower
-You can only get 1 village special
-Those who are lucky can have a special,village special and maybe even a clan
-Clans will have a 10% chance of getting it
-Non-Clans 100% chance of getting it (you dont get to choose)
-People who become Kage who is non clan will gain 2 of the "village specials" and if the Kage has a clan they'll only get 1

Purpose
-To decrease the % of rogues
-Keep the game more realistic and fun
-Giving non clans SOME power so clans aren't as OPED (I mean common non clan with no special vs uchiha -_-)
-Get many people going after Kage title


Rogues
-Has a 90% chance of losing village special

Leaf Village

Will of Fire
-depending on when you use it will determine your boost (max 50% + chakra OR hp)
-if you use it and your at full hp/chakra nothing happens
-after using it 20 seconds later you'll die
-the purpose of this is almost to take the enemy with you before you die
-massive cool down 3mins maybe ?

Fire Mastery
-Fire jutsu will do x1.5
-Cost slightly less chakra to use

Mist

Water Mastery
-Water jutsu will do x1.5 more
-Cost slightly less chakra to use

Water Substitution
-1/4 chance of using (its auto)
-will automatically shunshin you behind the enemy (if targeted) leaving a water kawa behind
-if you dont have anyone targeted it'll just move you (right,left,down or up)
-cool down 1min

Sand

Weapon Mastery
well in the show its clear sand (in the anime) are weapon masters ._. (Chiyo and manipulating kunai, Puppets,Fans etc.)
-Weapons will do x2 more (if your a weapon expert the boost wont apply)
-1/4th chance of poison damage

Wind Mastery
-Wind element jutsu will do x1.5
-Will cost slightly less chakra

Cloud

Sword Wielder
-When your born you'll already have a sword (you have to be jounin + to use it ?)
-Students/Genin from Cloud learn to use swords at a young age (so the jounin + wont apply to them)
-Sword damage will be multiplied by x1.5 starting at student/genin

Sword Expert
-You'll get a sword the second your born
-by the time of Jounin you'll be able to use 2 swords at once (doing x2 your base tai)

Lightning Mastery
-Lightning damage does x1.5 more
-Cost less chakra to use Lightning element


Rock

Famous Doton Bunshin
-This Bunshin will have half your original HP but it can only do half your base tai damage
-You can go into the bunshins body (like mind transfer)
-Costs a high amount of chakra to use
-massive cool down

Iron Skin
-Makes you immune to all ELEMENTS (except Raiton) and Tai
-Costs 400 chakra per sec (to prevent abuse)
-No other jutsu can be used in this mode
-Things such as kagemane,mindtransfer,freezes etc will work on iron skin
-2-3min cool down

Doton Mastery
-Doton does x1.5 more
-Cost less chakra to use doton
