Collaboration jutsu:

people in same party can perform collaboration jutsu

element supporting one uses will be his first element

one needs to be behind his friend and he gets verb to molding his chakra as long as person behind him is molding chakra his jutsu would be better
and maybe they could get verb to one whos molding get on other so they can move and do jutsus better at same time (but movements would be slower)

raiton + katon and doton + raiton are only ones i couldnt make up anything, also i know alot of stuff is quite unrealistic and if you have ideas for those post em
