Signature Jutsu

after reaching 50 level user would be able make his own signature jutsu
user would be able use certain amount of points into his jutsu to keep jutsu balanced (like 20, 25 points)
user would first choose style, then aspects, then icon and lastly name

you also could choose 1 student and teach him your signature jutsu (student cant have same IP as you do)

Style:
1 tile projectile | 1 point, chakra cost 500
1 tile trail | 2 points, chakra cost 1000
Housenka | 3 points, chakra cost 750
Goukakyuu | 4 points, chakra cost 1000
Gouryuuka (3x2) | 5 points, chakra cost 1500
3 heki | 5 points, chakra cost 1250
shield | 5 points, chakra cost 100 per second
Taijutsu | 5 points, chakra cost -
AoE | 5 points, chakra cost 1000
5 Heki | 7 points, chakra cost 2000
kirin type | 7 points, chakra cost 3000
3 tile trail | 6 points, chakra cost 1300
3 heki trail | 7 points, chakra cost 1500
5 tile trail | 9 points, chakra cost 2300
5 heki trail | 10 points, chakra cost 2500

Reflect | 1 point (reflects 0.2x dmg back to hitter per point)
attack to directions | 5 points (suna shield like)
moving | 5 points (0.5x normal move speed per point)

Tai Damage | 1 point (0.2x tai per point)
Stance | 5 points (makes this stance like tekken)
Poison | 10 points
Freeze | 2 points (2 second freeze per 2 points)
turn opponent | 2 points
slow opponent | 5 points
screw movement | 5 points
knockback | 3 points

AoE:
size | 2 points (+1 size per 2 points)
Nin Damage | 1 point (0.2x nin per point)

list of attack icons
there would be colour scheme like hair/eye in jutsu icons

after making jutsu it would show preview of it, in this view you would accept jutsu and get it yourself:

Hmm i have some small improvements to this =D

-Lvl 50 0_o i think thats a bit much >.< how about 30-50 ish =D ?
-Umm how about uploading your own icons too =D (There will be a warning notice before you make it saying "Using inappropriate icons could make you lose your jutsu making verb" (example shooting 8 tile akatsuki cloaks ... i dont think so -_-)

-Oh and there should be some sort of upgrading system

How it works
-So when you create a jutsu its at 0%
-The more you use it the more you start to grasp the concept of your new jutsu (sort of like Rasengan)
-Once you reach 100% you restart again (Now mastering the jutsu Max damage)
-After you reach 100% (Again) you should be able to form a greater jutsu with it (Example Rasengan>Rasenshuriken, Chidori>Raikiri>Double Raikiri)

-For instance lets say you created a 8 tile heki and you got ur 2nd 100% after that you can try and fuse other things into it (profession jutsu's,other elements or just increasing nin/tai/gen damage)

Example
8 Tile Heki + Poison prof = 8 Tile poison heki
8 Tile Heki + puppets= 8 tile wave of puppets
8 Tile Heki + more damage = x1.5 more damage

-Practice System/Limiting system

How it works
-When you make a jutsu u can keep it up to 24 hours
-After 24 hours u can confirm if you want it
-If you dont want it you can scrap the jutsu at anytime to make a new jutsu
-Depending on your lvl 30+ nin,gen, & tai will determine your maxium capacity of creating new jutsu (You can create more jutsu.)

Limiting System
-Depending on what level you are should determine how many jutsu you can create at a time (+1 jutsu every level. Starting at 3)
-Theres no max amount of custom jutsu you can have

Forming the ultimate mastered jutsu
-Basically mentioned before getting 100% twice will give you your final fully completed jutsu
-I think AFTER getting your mastered jutsu you can change it to any colour you want ._. so it stands out and people know to run xD

So in conclusion
Mastered Ninjutsu = Probably a 1 hitter
Mastered Taijutsu= Multiple punches per hit/Extended range/More damage
Mastered Genjutsu= Probably a super freeze (like frog song)


When you completely master your jutsu the whole world will know =)

well firstly that upgrading thing would make jutsu OP immidiadly, i have made it so that jutsus wouldnt becme OP no matter what, since points would stop people placing too much stuff into jutsu

secondly unlimited amount of custom jutsus, that would be ridiculous unless player would make every jutsu of game himself (no more premade jutsus) and i tried work on that but its impossible make good, firstly noobs would never learn that secondly too much work for storm

i although liked your trying system, within 24 hours player can test all kind jutsus and choose one he wants

Yeah a little preview before actually accepting the jutsu as your final choice would be pretty good, I speak from experience xD although there is a little box that tells you the exact details of your attacks, a demonstration would give you a better idea of what you are getting. =T however I do think that 24 hours is too long and can easily be abused...perhaps make it so that until a final decision has been reached your attack will never be able to hit players, although the special ailments such as freezing or pushbacks will still be in affect
