Uchiha Jutsu's

There is a lot people could say about Uchihas, and their jutsus, I am going to stick with the jutsus available to them. Most of the jutsus in mind are usually not available until MS/EMS, and there are a lot of changes I think would be good. First, I think the fact that all sharingan users get shar manipulation is bogus. It is a fun jutsu, but I think only Shisui shar users should be allowed to manipulate other players, because in the show, he was the only one besides danzo with the ability, and danzo stole it from him. I think empty world should just be taken out because it has shown to be useless to me, and most others I think. Finally, Susano'o. I don't think that susano'o should be a auto kill for user and attackers. Instead, it should be summoning, that like the star sheild, surrounds user, and moves only where the user walks. It should drain cha obviously. If the user has sasuke, it should have a bow with a straight, one tile, shot, that hits 50k (so that users can still fight bosses with it, but not insta kill them). If the user has itachi, it should have sword that has a 3 tile aoe (maybe?). That is all for now, thoughts?
