New Capture Verb

Purpose
-For organizations (Especially Akatsuki in the future)
-For village purposes
-Bounty Hunting
-Information gathering

How Capturing works
-When the opponent is on low HP/Chakra you can capture them with the verb
-The lower level they are and the lower chakra and hp they have the easier it would be to capture
-After the captured has attempted to break out it'll be slightly harder to capture them everytime
-The more people you have the easier it would be to restrain them/capture them (Max=4)

-when you capture someone you have to be beside them if not you have to re-capture them

How to break free in captured mode
-If you are captured then you can escape by rapidly hitting the "attack" verb
-For each level the person is higher then you will add a 5+ attack
Example
If your level 30 and im level 40 it would take you 50 "attack" verb hits to break out

-if you have any type of boost it'll reduce the + attack

EMS (-100)
Sharingan (-25)
1 eye (-20)
Byakugan (-25)
Rinnegan (-100)
Bijuu (-50) (Per Tail) (Example 2 tails = -100)
Full bijuu (-100) (per Tail) (Example 9 tails = -900)
CurseMark (-50)
Full Cursemark (-100)
Other boosts (-5)

Capture types and how it works
-Capturing verbs will have 3 levels
-Rogue
-Organization/Anbu
-Jounin

Rogue
-Rogues capture verb can capture anyone equal to or below their level
-A group of 2 or more rogues can capture someone higher level

Organization/Anbu
-Can capture anyone they want

Jounin
-Can capture anyone below the rank Jounin and Organizations

Restrictions
-If you want to capture anyone from your village/organization your going to need 2 or more members to capture them (This does not apply to Anbu's,Leader's, Or Kages)
