Time for a brand-spanking-new (Ohh very kinky) Idea.

F Rank!!!!

The Idea of F rank, is a punishment, which the admins can give, instead of jail, to SZ killers, spammers, or constant rule breakers.

F rank would over-ride their current rank (B, A, S rank) And block out the jutsus they have obtained through ranking up

This would block:
Tail beast forms
Custom jutsu scrolls
Certain jutsus (Taijuu kage bunshin, ect) That are unlocked throgh ranking up
Clan jutsus obtained through rank up (if there are any)

I think this would be a more effective punishment then jail, as players will be disabled from using certain things.

Any suggestions? Oh! Almost forgot. It lets the players keep the moves, But it just blocks them from using it, unless Storm wants to code it so that they lose the jutsu (but custom scroll would probly be lost forever for the player if this happens)

I'm thinking of giving this to kage's and leaders as a punishment other than banishment... Polish up the idea.. Take into account that the new bijuu system is much more powerful than the old therefore I won't allow F rank to block that :p

Also -- Kages who abuse such privilege will be given a warning and continuation of said abuse will lead to his swift removal as kage for the entire wipe and act as a hindrance for him/her to join another org and claim leader. Basically like how being arrested poses as a problem in a job interview. Kages should also be given such a privilege seperately from obtaining kage, after proving his trustworthiness or doing a test of some sort
