Storing jutsus in scrolls

I was thinking that maybe people could buy scrolls which you can store stuff into. For example you could store some basic element jutsus, weapons, clones and other stuff like that. Like how shikamaru stored water in a scroll, tenten stores weapons and naruto stored the sage mode clone.

People could buy the scroll from scroll seller or something and they would have the option of sealing in one of their jutsus it could be some basic element jutsu like housenka or some other one tiles but not jutsus like Kirin. With this you'll be able to summon the jutsu you have stored in the scroll anytime, you'll be able to use a jutsu and summon the scroll almost the same time making it so that two of your jutsus are out at the same time, this will also allow you to boost your element attacks easily.

Weapons and clones will also be able to go into scrolls and maybe something like weapon specialists will be able to store more than one weapon so they can fire off multiple kunais at the same time or something

but naruto didnt store clone into scroll xD scroll he used then was summoning scroll that he used to summon clone from another place onto that scroll
