Mental Stability(Genjutsu Revised)

Genjutsu Attacks will challenge your mental stability

This bar is based off of level not other stats. Because only
an experienced mind can comprehend the horror of Genjutsus.

Each level 2 Mentality is added

A strong spell like Tsukiyomi will do 8 Mentality Damage per
1000 gen

Tsukiyomi will also have a major cool down

no longer will a noob be able to randomly freeze you and move freely when one casting the genjutsu catches you
he or she is frozen as well until the caster is disrupted by a punch or kill
