Student System
-Students names will be white showing that they`re an academey student
-Once reaching genin their names will be changed to the village that they are born in


Level Cap
-Student- Level 10
-Genin- Level 25
-Chuunin- Level 30
-Jounin- Level 40
-Hunter Nin- None (Max level cap)
-Rogue Nin- None (Max level cap)
-Sensei- None (Max level cap)
-Anbu-None (Max level cap)
-Leaders & Kages- None (Max level cap)

this should atleast stop the villagers from leeching all the time -_- ; I mean I`ve seen lvl 40 students or genins -.- .

you have way to many ranks set at cap not everyone one goes to cap because its not needed

On Topic :
I agree with Lord. Student level cap is ok and the color idea. If possible why not make it level 5 and create a seperate area "in the academy" filled with wild animals that will get them to level 5 and bar them from leaving that "safezone". I don't see the point in the others it will only force persons to attempt rocklee sooner >.>

[sorry for straying off topic but]
You find all that leeching because the gap in npcs is to huge. Leveling from 1-20 is fine solo. But after level 20 rouges really don't give that much exp, Rock Lee is way to strong and don't even bother with Dosu. All of these npcs are easy if you have a special or you're an Uchiha. I struggled with them as a kaguya until indigo helped me out to around lv 35.

My solution to the leeching is simple, add more npcs which give higher exp points and slowly increase the difficulty of those said npcs.

What about something like student village after you hit lvl 5 you don't get anymore exp and you HAVE to take the genin exam?

why dont we just leave it as it is lvl 5 is to little for a student cap i usually lvl to 11- 15 then become genin btw why do we even need a lvl cap
