Sharingan Counter revamp

Basically, sharingan counter will copy any sig. jutsu that it counters and you will learn the move permanently.

You will only be able to remember a certain amount of sig. techs (eg. you can only know 5 sigs. at any given time), this will encourage people to guard their techniques more closely.

Uchiha's who choose to gain sharingan counter will not gain a custom scroll as eveyone else does, they will get the improved counter instead.

Say if you copied 5 sigs already and you try and copy another one will the new one just replace one of the old ones? And I think you should only be able to copy 3

The limit isn't decided and it'll remove one at random to stop people stacking up the best ;]

also if jutsu that uchiha copies has some element in it, and uchiha himself doesnt have element that is in jutsu, that jutsus power would be halved

Thats true..they've always been getting a lot but they don't have many stuff which actually does damage. Maybe they could atleast lose the x2 boost?

Nerf the boost on all uchiha's or just copy-ninja's? :p

All. There was one idea which was they could lose the boost and instead have like 20-30% chance of dodginng ninjutsu and taijutsu attacks but yeah all should be nerfed
