Village reputation revamp

Okay, for this i'm thinking of making it big.

Wars will boost your village's reputation greatly, top 3 ninja's of the war (both villages/orgs whatever) will recieve 'Sannin' medals etc.

The village with the most reputation will have all of their Shinobi recieve more exp. eg. Leaf has the most reputation, so all ninja's from leaf gain 1.5x exp, and leaf village shinobi (NPC) give 1.5x exp.

Killing People from the same village significantly lowers your villages reputation unless done through the arena.

If the exp becomes too high reset it. You forgot to add that

Points will be given with killing other village ninjas, doing missions(High-Rank MissionsA and A+).

The exp boost is a set amount, not for each village... The village with the most points gets a 1.5x boost, learn to read.
