What does empty world do.... what does illuminate do...... and what does sharingan vision do?

empty world = doesnt work is supposed to make target unable see any jutsus on map i belive
Illuminate = puts indicator on every player (this way you can see real from clones, invisible person
sharingan vision = you need be 1 tile close to target, this slows your targets moving speed
