really low, firstly you need gain suiton and fuuton elements, then you need to be born with ability to fuse
half sharingan gets sharingan techs to non uchiha, with mangekyo you gain kamui
for aburames to get more bugs you need increase your rank (by killing people)
chance to get rinnegan is like 1%
multisharingans with no clan around 20%
dunno about shisui
and chance get crystal is same as ice, except you need raiton and doton elements
