When do aburame's get bugs techniques?

exact reqs i cannot tell but

Nara: you need ninjutsu and chakra so stats i suggest are:
speed = stat which increases amount of nin you get from intelligence
intelligence = stat that gives you ninjutsu and abit chakra
stamina = stat that gives health and chakra (chakra gain is dependant on your int)


Aburame: you need ninjutsu abit chakra and one jutsu needs really low tai (not even 500)
